Site visits are most productive when the basics are clarified in advance. These are the questions we ask on behalf of occupiers.

  • 01What is the leasable area, and what is the carpet area?
  • 02What condition is the space delivered in — bare shell, warm shell or fitted?
  • 03What is the parking allocation?
  • 04What power back-up is provided, and to what load?
  • 05Are there restrictions on permitted use?
  • 06What are the building's operating hours and access arrangements?
  • 07Is signage possible, and subject to which approvals?
  • 08How are common area charges determined?
  • 09What expansion options exist in the building?
  • 10When could fit-out realistically begin?
