Preparing a home for a confidential sale
How owners can sell significant property quietly, without compromising the facts.

Many significant homes are never publicly advertised. Owners may prefer privacy for personal, security or commercial reasons — and a confidential process can still be rigorous.
Separate the facts from the address
A property can be described accurately at a locality level, with the exact address shared only with qualified, identified buyers.
Prepare the documents early
Collect the documents a buyer's advisors will ask for before the first viewing. Gaps identified early are far easier to resolve.
Plan access around occupants
Where a home is occupied, agree viewing windows in advance. A viewing request is never a confirmed appointment until access is arranged.
